There’s no certification required, on-the-job training is available, and the team offers a supportive, family atmosphere with opportunities for growth and a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 to $16.00.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to complete training and learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to residents under licensed staff and leadership
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote dignity and comfort
