Job summary

Qualifications

• NAI listing with NC DHHS is required.
• Current HeartSaver or higher certification is required.
• De-escalation training must be completed within 90 days of hire if not current at start.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and data collection.
• Attends staff development and orientation programs; fulfills mandatory training.
• Provides quality patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintains effective teamwork and clear handoffs with the care team.
• Documents actions accurately in the medical record and monitors patient safety.
