Job summary

Atlas Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to assessments and care plans, under supervision.

You will work as part of a compassionate team, support resident activities, and perform essential tasks with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism, including safely assisting with mobility and daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents.
• Must be able to move and handle residents safely and meet physical requirements (minimum 25 pounds, 50 feet push/pull).

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Follow supervisor directions and nursing protocols while maintaining resident dignity and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to support resident well-being.
