Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed nurse, provide direct patient care and complete delegated skills.
• Participate in unit goal setting and cost-effective use of equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patients and communicate risks to the care team, maintaining appropriate observation.
• Follow hospital policies and maintain licensure and certifications; participate in staff development.
• Engage with the care team to support effective teamwork and timely handoffs.
