Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care per the unit's plan and hospital policies
• Documents care in the Electronic Health Record
• Reports changes in patient condition to RN or charge RN
• Assists with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort
• Maintains safety and adheres to fall prevention measures
