Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Must obtain BCLS/CPR within 3 months of hire and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living as delegated by RN.
• Obtain and document height, weight, intake/output, and vital signs.
• Respond to call lights and provide 1:1 staffing care when requested.
• Maintain patient privacy and safety and document care provided.
