Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily living activities for residents.
• Move, lift, and transport residents using lifts and aids as directed.
• Talk and listen to residents to encourage cooperation in treatment activities.
• Transport residents and supplies when needed.
• Maintain residents' rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Perform housekeeping tasks related to direct care to keep the facility clean.
• Participate in required quarterly in-service education to maintain certification and meet re-certification requirements.
