Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reports to RN at start of shift and provides care as directed.
• Assists with data collection: vitals, heights, weights, intake/output.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to RN.
• Documents findings and care provided in patient records.
• Supports infection control and standard precautions.
• Participates in rounds and multidisciplinary communication.
