Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant 3A for Med Surg on a per diem basis in Pennsylvania. This role assists the RN with delegated patient care activities and aligns with the hospital's Customer Service program, reporting to the Nurse Manager or designee.

Required education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or current nursing student with clinical rotation. BLS is required; CNA is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or current nursing student with at least one clinical rotation is required.
• 1 year experience as a Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN with patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing support staff.
• Incorporate the Hospital’s Customer Service Program into patient care.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
