Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff by performing delegated patient care activities and to uphold the hospital's Customer Service Program across all patient interactions. Candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and complete a Nursing Assistant program or be a nursing student with clinical rotation, or have a relevant education/experience in lieu of a degree.

BLS is required; CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or being a current nursing student with at least one clinical rotation is required or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing staff.
• Incorporates Temple Health Customer Service Program concepts into patient care activities.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
