Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification with state board or be enrolled in training.
• Annual continuing education credits are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Support meals, hydration, and dining experiences for residents.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies; document care as needed.
