Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow the resident’s ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily on residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and use of facilities.
• Assist in serving meals and participate in activities.
• Record vital signs and assist with transfers/ambulation as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
