Job summary

Qualifications
- Candidates must meet one of the listed nursing assistant qualifications.
- Experience or completion of approved nursing programs is accepted.
- Eligible for Essentia Health Foundation Course within 30 days of hire.
- Registered nurse aide with verified completion required.
- Current state CNA registry registration is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
- Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
- Transfer patients safely and with proper techniques.
- Take vital signs and document findings accurately.
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to the RN.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment to support healing.
