Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, intake and output, and basic clinical procedures.

You will support nursing staff, help with meals, maintain safety and infection control, and participate in orientation of new colleagues. The role offers a base hourly wage between $20 and $26.92 and requires influenza vaccination as a condition of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Cares for patients as delegated by the registered nurse and completes activities of daily living.
• May take and record vital signs, intake and output, and report any unusual observations.
• Provides for patients' nutritional needs and assists with meals and room service setup.
• Performs basic clinical procedures under supervision and supports infection control.
• Aids in patient safety, sits as a safety attendant when needed, and participates in orientation of new staff.
• Performs additional unit-based activities as assigned to support patient care.
