Select Specialty Hospital in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Nursing Assistant for full-time day or night shifts. The role offers competitive hourly wages ($19–$23.17) with a $1.50 night differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive growth opportunities include RN scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and a clinical ladder.

The NA will assist with daily patient care, participate in rounds, and help transfer patients as needed, while upholding cleanliness and safety standards across the unit.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient care tasks: bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Assist transport of patients to treatment centers and help with moving patients in/out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment (bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs).
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
