Select Specialty Hospital in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for PRN day or night shifts. You will assist with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, rounds, and patient transfers, while upholding safety and cleanliness in a post-ICU recovery setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant duties include bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and hair care
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients and assist with transfers and wheelchairs
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments, bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs
• Keep patient rooms clean and stocked as directed

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients with basin-less methods when needed
• Assist in hourly patient rounds and safety checks
• Transport patients to/treatment areas and help staff
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and equipment
• Support inventory and supply stocking as directed

Skills

Nursing assistant experience

BLS certification

Education

High school diploma/GED or 3+ years experience
