Job summary

Southern Meadows, a Sonida Senior Living community in Mountain Home, AR, is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care and support daily living activities for residents.

You will work with a supportive team to assist with meals, mobility, and routine care, while maintaining dignity and respect for all residents. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior nursing or senior living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, tasks related to medications, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
