Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to support hospitalized patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of Registered Nurses. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and readiness to respond in emergent situations.

Qualifications

• Education/ Experience: High School graduate or GED.
• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant licensure in Vermont.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Other Requirements: Able to communicate effectively.
• Computer literate. Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospitalized patients with activities of daily living as assigned by a Registered Nurse.
• Communicate with nursing staff about patient needs and respond to emergencies.
