Grace Cottage Hospital in Vermont seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant to assist hospitalized patients with activities of daily living, 32 hours per week, 6am-2pm, and every other weekend. You will communicate with the Charge Nurse and care team, and respond quickly in emergencies to support patient needs.

A high school diploma/GED, Vermont LNA licensure, and current BLS certification are required, with comfort using an electronic health record preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/ Experience: High School graduate or GED.
• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant licensure in Vermont.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with an electronic health record preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists hospitalized patients with activities of daily living as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
• Communicates with Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and co-workers about patient needs.
• Responds quickly and appropriately in emergent situations.
