Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, evening/night hours. You will apply the nursing process to care for residents, collaborate with families and the care team, and coordinate comprehensive nursing interventions. Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and ensure health maintenance and treatment adherence.
