Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living – Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our memory care team on the 11 PM to 7 AM shift.

You will help residents with daily living activities, document care, and provide emotional support in a warm, home-like environment. Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required; prior experience with dementia is preferred but not required. Benefits include holiday pay, health plans, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
