Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants engage with the community and favorite activities.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take initiative to ensure participants are safe and supported.
