Job summary

National Church Residences in Ohio is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time overnight shift (6p-6a) to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, maintain clean rooms, and support the care team while upholding resident rights and HIPAA guidelines. Prior experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required; good communication and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled.
• Two to four years of experience preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs/assists with resident direct care and activities of daily living.
• Measures and records vitals, helps with ambulation and ADLs.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and provides restorative care.
• Assists with meals and feeding as needed; documents care timely.
