Job summary

America West Transportation LLC is seeking a courteous NEMT Driver to deliver exceptional customer service to our selective clients. You will assist clients entering and exiting the vehicle and provide a door-through service, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include pre-inspection of vehicles, safe transport to destinations, and adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates have a valid state or CDL license, CPR/First Aid preferred, and experience with paratransit and elderly riders.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.
Valid state driver’s license or CDL required; open to CDL and non-CDL drivers.
Experience driving corporate clients and paratransit vehicles is a plus.
Familiar with driving region and GPS navigation.
Experience working with elderly population.
Physical certifications: Non-DOT Physical, Drug, TB, Breath Alcohol tests.
Background checks including criminal, drug and alcohol screening.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
Open to CDL and non-CDL drivers.

Responsibilities
