• Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
• Actively supervise patients in daily activities and document behaviors and progress.
• Record vital signs and follow treatment plans and interventions.
• Ensure programming runs on schedule and support therapeutic activities.
