Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking Client Care Technicians to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight during assigned shifts. CCTs oversee the self-administration of medication for clients.

Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, accurate documentation, transporting clients to appointments, and assisting with meals. Requires a high school diploma, 21+ age, and basic First Aid plus clear screenings. Full-time benefits and a supportive culture available.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts.
• Transports clients on outings, doctor’s appointments, etc.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client’s plan of care.
• Assists clients with nutritional and dietary needs as indicated.
• Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
• Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure)
• Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor.
