Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health, Inc. in California is seeking Client Care Technicians to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight across shifts.

Responsibilities include monitoring medication administration and supporting client safety. This full-time role requires clear communication, the ability to document observations accurately, and compassionate care within a dynamic residential and outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-4 years experience in a program serving persons with mental disabilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old and complete required health screening.

Responsibilities

• Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Document observations accurately during shifts and notify clinical staff of noteworthy changes.
• Transports clients to outings, appointments, etc.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and discharge processes.
• Lead or co-lead groups as licensure allows.
• Maintain professional and courteous client interactions.
