Job summary

COMHAR is seeking a Mental Health Technician in Northern Kentucky, United States. You will join a compassionate care team delivering essential support to clients with mental health challenges and related conditions.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, direct care, and promoting independence, with emphasis on safety and professional reporting. CNA or related certification is desirable; CPR is required.

• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to safety and health guidelines.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve the quality of care provided.
• Support clients in their daily activities and help promote their independence and social interactions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mental health disorders and appropriate care techniques.
• Proficient in maintaining records and writing reports.
• CPR certification.
