Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in behavioral health or patient care is preferred.
• Willingness to follow hospital policies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Record patient information including vitals, intake/output, and observations.
• Support activities of daily living and transport patients safely.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free patient rooms and monitor safety risks.
• Assist with patient preparation for procedures and discharge planning.
