Job summary

• Develops and maintains professional interpersonal relationships with patients.
• Reviews notes and documentation daily to support treatment planning and service delivery.
• Documents patient activity as required by Valley Vista and regulatory agencies.
• Observes patient behavior, records observations, and reports at-risk behaviors to senior staff on duty.
