Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• One year certificate from college or technical school, or related experience.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent education.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains professional relationships with patients.
• Reviews notes daily to ensure treatment planning continuity.
• Documents patient activity as required by Valley Vista and regulators.
• Observes patient behavior and reports at-risk behaviors to staff.
• Assist Nursing staff while dispensing medication to patients.
• Transports patients to appointments in company vehicles.
• Attends supervision and in-service opportunities as directed.
• Maintains shift coverage and documents room checks.
