CiminoCare is seeking a General Monitor - Part Time at Citrus Heights Terrace in Citrus Heights, CA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with older adults or in senior living, hospitality, security or customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to stay alert and attentive during shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Calm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Provide directions and basic assistance to residents, families, and visitors.
• Assist with opening doors, directing visitors, and other non-clinical support duties as assigned.
• Report maintenance, environmental, security, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures as directed.
