Job summary

Silverado Brea, a memory care innovator, is hiring Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and compassion, with a part-time AM shift on Sundays and Mondays.

Ideal candidates read, write, and speak English, are comfortable around animals, and are willing to work with individuals with dementia. Prior memory care experience is a plus, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas.
