Job summary

Silverado Belmont Hills is hiring Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This role blends attention to detail, reliability, and a heart for service in a memory care setting.

You’ll perform housekeeping throughout the community, ensure sanitation in resident rooms and common areas, and support a safe environment for individuals with memory impairments. No prior experience necessary; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comfortable working with residents and animals.
• Willing to work with individuals with dementia.

Qualifications:

• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
