Job summary

Cascadia Senior Living in Silverdale, WA seeks a Memory Care- Caregiver on the NOC full-time shift to support residents with daily activities, meals, mobility, and companionship. You will help ensure safety and comfort while documenting changes and staying compliant with policies.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA/HCA certification or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills, with ability to work nights and weekends in a team-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, especially with seniors.
• Completion of required caregiver training and certifications (if applicable).
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with interest in the senior population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility as needed.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve meals with consideration of dietary restrictions.
• Support mobility, transfers, and exercises to maintain health.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe living environment.
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies.
• Document care provided and changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain respect and dignity for residents, promoting independence.
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings.
