• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health conditions, measure and record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team.
• Engage residents through companionship and activities to support social interaction and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols; assist with emergency situations as needed.
