Job summary

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in North Carolina is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time CNAs, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

We value compassionate, dependable caregivers who can provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and work closely with RNs and LPNs.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate and respectful personal care
• Assist residents with meals and hydration
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Work closely with RNs, LPNs, and other members of the care team
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

Available CNA Shifts

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

• All Shifts Available

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Every other weekend rotation

• PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling
