Job summary

Paycom - ATS Vallejo memory care community is seeking dependable Resident Aides/Caregivers to provide nonmedical care and supervision to residents in accordance with individual service plans and California RCFE requirements.

The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and documentation, while ensuring safety, dignity, and respect for residents. Training will be provided; shifts may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain California RCFE criminal record clearance or approved exemption.
• Must complete health screening and TB clearance as required by RCFE regulations.
• Must have current CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene.
• Support transfers, mobility, and safe use of equipment.
• Follow care plans and document services and changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance.
• Encourage independence and assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Ensure infection-control practices and privacy rights are maintained.
