Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications according to written orders.
• Identifies resident prior to administration and observes swallowing.
• Maintains safety with proper handling of medications and carts.
• Follows infection control: hand washing, gloves, and cleanliness.
• Documents each medication in the record immediately after administration.
