Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Medication Technician for the Solace Glen at Cypresswood community in Spring, TX. The role focuses on safely administering medications, accurate charting, and contributing to a collaborative care team in a senior living setting.

Key duties include medication administration, documentation, and assisting with resident care while maintaining confidentiality. The position supports a 2 PM–10 PM swing/evening shift and offers a competitive salary and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Attends monthly in-services for the position.
• Willing to receive training for responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per schedule following protocol.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Notify supervisors of changes in resident condition.
• Help with monthly medication records and documentation.
• Maintain Med room and cart cleanliness and restocking.
• Handle equipment and supplies used for resident care as directed.
• Take accurate vital signs and weights.
• Fill in as receptionist or caregiver when needed.
• Assist with resident care incl. lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Work as manager on duty as directed.
• Keep First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration skills current.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
