Job summary

Aperion Care at Greenville Center in Greenville, Rhode Island is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents with daily activities and medication management. You will assist with grooming, incontinence care, meals, bathing, laundry and light housekeeping to ensure resident comfort and safety.

The role requires CNA and CMT licenses, BLS/CPR, TB and MMR, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior senior care experience, including dementia care.

Qualifications

• CNA, CMT license and active BLS/CPR certification required.
• TB and MMR records must be current.
• Prior experience with seniors and dementia care is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Med Passer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and light housekeeping.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for residents.
