Job summary

Greenville Center in Rhode Island is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to assist residents with daily living tasks and to support their safety and well-being. The role includes medication administration, grooming, feeding, bathing, and light housekeeping.

This on-site position requires CNA and CMT licenses, BLS/CPR certification, TB/MMR screening, and prior experience with seniors, including dementia care.

Qualifications

• CNA and CMT licensure or active license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• TB test or TB screening.
• MMR vaccination evidence or status.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a Med Passer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and daily safety.
• Administer medications and follow medication policies and procedures.
• Support grooming, feeding, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation assistance.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervisors.

You will also be responsible for following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents.

Requirements

• CNA and CMT/Active License
• BLS/CPR Certificate

• MMR
• Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors
• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Med Passer experience required
