Job summary

Sr Companies is seeking a dedicated Med-Tech to support Heartful Care residents at The Glen at Lake Oconee Village in Greensboro, GA. You will assist with daily activities, medication administration, and dining services while promoting a dignified, caring atmosphere.

You will work under supervision, following policies, and training, with responsibilities including light housekeeping and safety compliance to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Med-Tech certification.
• Knowledge of word processing software and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Promotes SRIM's core values and treats residents, families, visitors, and staff with respect.
• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meal service, housekeeping and laundry while promoting independence.
• Engages with residents at all care levels with empathy and compassion.
• Keeps supervisor informed of changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment and adheres to safety practices.
