Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in administering or assisting with self-administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintains accurate resident records including medication distribution, incidents and observations.
• Keeps medicine supply room clean and organized; conducts medication cart audits.
• Provides direct resident care and supports the daily activity plan.
• Observes residents' health and emotional condition; reports changes to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
