Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medications as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Completes and maintains residents' records daily and accurately.
• Observes residents and reports changes in health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Performs medication cart audits and provides direct resident care.
