Ivy Park at Burbank, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration and provide direct personal care to residents. The role supports independence and collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance in line with our mission and values.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or LVN preferred, ability to use MS Office, and a commitment to safety, confidentiality, and compassionate care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of medication assistance in RCFE.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening tests.
• 18 years of age or older.
• State regulation training/certification may be required.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Vaccination/testing per regulatory guidelines may be required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
