Job summary

Sr Companies' SRIM program in Florence, Kentucky is hiring a Medication Technician assistant to help residents with daily living activities, dining, light housekeeping, laundry, and supervising self-administration of medications while maintaining a clean, safe, and dignified environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent.
• Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and care documents.
• Ages 18+ with good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Assist with self-administration of medications under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents and families.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff with empathy, courtesy, and respect.
• Document changes in residents' health and well-being to supervisors.
