Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance per policies and nursing direction.
• Record medication administration and resident observations accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to clinical team.

• Maintain a clean, comfortable and secure resident environment.
• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses and team members to deliver care.
