Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Management Nurse to oversee medication administration for residents, ensuring safety and accuracy across shifts. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Candidates must hold an active PA LPN license, with at least 2 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings and proficiency with eMAR systems. This full-time position may require evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Active LPN license required (Pennsylvania).
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with focus on medication management.
Strong pharmacology knowledge and ability to educate residents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Pass medications on assigned shift.
Monitor medication administration for accuracy and resident safety.
Conduct routine storage reviews per policy and procedure.
Educate residents and caregivers on proper use and potential side effects.
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses to optimize therapies.
Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by Health Care Director.
