Qualifications

• State certification as QMA or CMA required or preferred.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy.
• Record medication administration as directed by nursing staff.
